Résumé : | In the first place, this Research Initiation Thesis or in French the Mémoire d'Initiation à la Recherche (MIR) will present the geological and Geodynamic context of the study area, namely Mount Etna in Sicily, Italy. Thereafter, will be detailed the Protocol set up during the field campaign which allowed to build a collection of samples and data. In addition, will be described and explained the workings of the various software used, namely AgiSoft PhotoScan for Photogrammetry and XFlow for the dynamic and numerical simulation of the casting, in three dimensions. A second part will expose the different results obtained, compare them and propose different axes of improvements. The objective of this thesis is to enhance the simulation and numerical modelling software in three dimensions, applied to the field of Geosciences. |
